Empresaria CEO, Rhona Driggs, publishes new book ‘Together We Rise’ alongside 14 female industry leaders

​Empresaria CEO, Rhona Driggs, has joined forces with 14 female leaders in the staffing sector to release Together We Rise; a collection of stories recounting pivotal life and career moments, including the struggles to rise up, and stand out in an industry with too few women at its highest ranks.

Officially launched yesterday (8th March), to coincide with International Women’s Day, the book emphasises the Power of Women Supporting Women to Achieve Equality. Together We Rise exemplifies the power of women supporting women. It is the brainchild of an informal group of staffing industry leaders who came together during the pandemic and formed The Lady Leaders Book Club. They were united by a shared passion to lift up other women and fuelled by the undercurrent of the unknown at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. In coming together, they found ways to guide and support each other as they all navigated their new normal.

Rhona Driggs said: ‘It has been a great honour to write this book alongside a group of such inspirational and powerful female leaders. We each have our own story to tell, but it is only when we come together that we can create the greatest impact and show the next generation of female leaders anything is possible. Together we really can make a difference.’

Together We Rise is available now on Amazon. Initial proceeds of the book will support the American Staffing Association’s Women in Leadership Scholarship.
